Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or IT Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of technology talent markets and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• English at C1 (Professional Working Proficiency).

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage candidates for technical roles across software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, data, and related functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify top candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed recommendations to the Lead Recruiter.
• Support multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines in the ATS.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout sourcing and screening.

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to support technical hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and screening exceptional talent across a variety of technology functions. What You'll Be Doing

• Source and engage candidates for technical roles including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other specialized technology positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent.
• Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed recommendations to the Lead Recruiter for further consideration.
• Support multiple open requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline information within the ATS.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Technical Sourcing.
• Strong understanding of technology talent markets and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• English C1 (Professional Working Proficiency).
