White Glove Hiring is seeking an experienced hands-on Talent Acquisition professional / Headhunter to strengthen our teams across our industrial businesses, including compressors, forklifts, machine tools, welding equipment, and other industrial solutions.

You will proactively identify and attract experienced professionals from competitors, distributors, manufacturers, and similar industries, build talent pipelines for sales, technical, engineering, and leadership roles, and work with management

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting.
• Proven ability to recruit passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting sales, technical, engineering, and managerial positions.
• Industrial / manufacturing / engineering recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong network within industrial and technical talent markets is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Personally conduct hands-on sourcing and headhunting.
• Map competitors and relevant companies to identify potential talent.
• Directly approach passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs.
• Build talent pipelines for sales, technical, engineering, service, and leadership positions.
• Build and maintain an industry talent database.
• Work directly with Management and Division Heads to understand critical hiring needs.
• Assess candidates based on actual industry experience, performance, technical knowledge, customer network, and leadership capability.
• Develop stronger recruitment and candidate-assessment processes.
• Build pipelines for critical positions before vacancies become urgent.
