• 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
• 1+ years of experience managing teams.
• Strong headhunting skills within the IT industry.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Classify and evaluate candidates based on test results.
• Align candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Define and manage talent sourcing strategy focusing on LinkedIn.
