Concentrix is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategy and teams across multiple locations. The role focuses on forecasting hiring needs, optimizing performance, and delivering qualified talent with a strong candidate experience.

The candidate will partner with HR, operations, and leadership to align workforce planning with business growth, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement across the function.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition teams to achieve recruitment goals and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing recruitment discussions and talent strategy alignment.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for high-volume and specialized hiring requirements.
• Forecast hiring demand and workforce needs based on business growth, attrition trends, and operational requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, productivity, SLA compliance, and hiring performance to ensure target achievement.
• Ensure all talent requirements are fulfilled within established timelines and quality standards.
• Drive recruitment process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment budgets, resource allocation, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Workforce Management, and other departments to support organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and recruitment best practices.
• Present hiring performance, market trends, and talent insights to senior leadership and clients.

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and workforce planning objectives. This role oversees high-performing recruitment teams, partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures the timely delivery of qualified talent across multiple business units and locations. The position plays a critical role in forecasting hiring needs, optimizing recruitment performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve hiring goals while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• B2 English Level or above, Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
• Proven experience in high-volume/mass hiring environments.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
• Shared Services, BPO, Contact Center or multinational environment experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies, and talent markets.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
