Global Talent Acquisition Specialist Onsite | Argentina | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM Immediate Hire | Immediate Start Available

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to support international recruitment efforts across multiple regions. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes while partnering with business leaders to attract high-quality talent worldwide. The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting internationally, particularly across Europe and Asia, and possesses strong knowledge of global talent markets, sourcing strategies, and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for positions across multiple countries and regions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive cold calling and outreach activities to build international talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment activities through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Stay informed about global labor market trends and best recruiting practices.
• Provide recruiting support and market insights to hiring managers.
• Participate in recruiting events and networking activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting internationally.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting in Europe and Asia.
• Supporting multi-region or global organizations.
• Previous experience in Staffing, RPO, BPO, or high-volume recruiting environments.
• Knowledge of international hiring practices and global recruitment trends.
