Bluelightconsulting is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative to expand our client base through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and scheduling qualified appointments.

The ideal candidate will speak with U.S.-based decision-makers, have excellent English communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven software environment. You will use CRM tools and collaborate with Account Executives to achieve aggressive targets.

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales in tech/software.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
• Experience with outbound campaigns and telemarketing.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Knowledge of Apollo, Clay, and Instantly for prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ touches).
• Use HubSpot to manage outreach tasks, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build lists using Apollo and Clay aligned with ICP.
• Run multi-touch sequences in Instantly to engage prospects.
• Write outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline).
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
• Continuously improve messaging and outreach results.
• Meet or exceed KPIs: activities, conversations, meetings.
