Bluelightconsulting is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our U.S.-focused client base from Peru. You will own outbound prospecting, craft engaging messages, and book qualified appointments for Account Executives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You should excel at cold outreach, use HubSpot for daily tasks, and communicate clearly in English with potential customers. Remote-friendly, performance bonuses apply.

Formación

• B2B or inside sales experience in software/tech is required.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence executives.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and telemarketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve outreach is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting daily using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Manage outreach via HubSpot tasks, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build prospect lists with Apollo and Clay aligned to ICP.
• Run multi-touch sequences in Instantly to engage prospects.
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and book discovery calls.
