Job summary

Omanyp is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to craft and execute a group-wide recruitment strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning.

You will own end-to-end hiring for leadership, management, and specialist roles across multiple functions; build pipelines, drive sourcing innovations, and optimize processes using analytics and recruiting tech. You will also elevate employer branding and candidate experience throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
