Job summary

Confidential company in Al Buraymi Governorate is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead talent management functions, including performance management and development programs.

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in Talent Management, with solid leadership skills and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred experience in the construction industry and relevant professional certifications are also advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of solid Talent Management experience.
• 10+ years managing a similar function, preferably within the construction industry.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, APHRi, or SCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Talent Management strategy aligned with Human Capital objectives.
• Lead the performance management cycle, including KPIs, appraisals, and employee development plans.
• Develop succession planning and career path frameworks for key positions.
• Oversee training needs assessment, training plans, leadership programs, and development initiatives.
• Manage Talent Management operations, budget, policies, procedures, and team performance.
• Work closely with department leaders to ensure talent initiatives support business requirements.
