Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Training and Engagement initiatives. The role combines performance management, onboarding, training planning and analytics to support a productive workforce.

You will design engagement calendars, manage recruitment activities, coordinate internal and external training, and generate HR dashboards with workforce metrics to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level commerce degree or equivalent.
• Experience in talent management, engagement and recruitment.
• Ability to design training, onboard new hires, and build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and development planning.
• Design and implement employee engagement calendar.
• Organize sessions according to Employee Engagement calendar.
• Manage recruitment activities for staff.
• Source candidates through agencies, portals, referrals and social media.
• Interviews & onboarding.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Prepare annual training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain and generate HR dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze workforce data including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, training metrics and demographics.
