Job summary

Alila Hinu Bay in Oman is seeking a seasoned MICE & Groups Sales & Events Manager to spearhead luxury meetings, incentives, conferences and events with a strategic, client-focused approach.

This role demands highly organized, results-driven leadership, a strong network in MICE and luxury travel, and a track record of developing programs that attract high-profile clients while ensuring flawless event delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in MICE sales or event management in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new MICE business opportunities globally.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and luxury DMCs.
• Develop and execute promotions, packages, and partnerships to maximize MICE revenue.
• Represent the resort at trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for high-quality events.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
