FutureHire, a reputable hotel group in Muscat, seeks a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by developing effective strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in hotel sales management, a proven track record of meeting targets, and leadership with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This full-time position in Muscat includes visa sponsorship for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop attractive packages and promotions to increase sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and client feedback for management review.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services

• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
• Manage the sales team providing coaching and support to ensure their success

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

This position is in Muscat. However we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are currently residing in Oman.

We offer visa sponsorship for this position.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm from Sunday to Thursday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for industry events or client meetings.
