Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Groups and Events Sales Executive to join the Sales & Marketing team in Muscat. The role focuses on generating and converting group and event business across corporate groups, meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and weddings.

Success requires proactive business development, building strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, DMCs, PCOs and other key partners.

Qualifications

• Hospitality sales experience preferable.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive group and events business across corporate groups, meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and social events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, DMCs, PCOs and other partners.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls, site inspections, proposals and presentations.
• Prepare and present proposals, offers and presentations aligned with client requirements and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of confirmed business and accurate client communication.
