Job summary

Kidana Development Company is seeking an experienced HR organizational development specialist to drive planning policies, procedures, and systems, enhancing efficiency and helping shape the organizational structure in line with strategic objectives. You will analyze HR data, develop workforce models, plan career paths, and support the implementation of corporate development standards.

A bachelor’s in HR or related field is required, with professional certifications like PHR or SPHR preferred,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as HR organizational development specialist.

Responsibilities

Participate in setting strategic objectives for human resources planning within the general strategy of the organization.
Propose programs and activities related to implementing corporate development standards in HR.
Measure and evaluate HR performance against standards and develop recommendations.
Analyse data and reports from HR databases and set workforce planning objectives.
Implement and update the organizational structure per operational model requirements.
Prepare and follow up the career paths plan.
Analyse current workforce and determine future needs and gaps.
Develop models to predict the impact of workforce solutions.
