Kidana Development Company is seeking an experienced HR organizational development specialist to drive planning policies, procedures, and systems, enhancing efficiency and helping shape the organizational structure in line with strategic objectives. You will analyze HR data, develop workforce models, plan career paths, and support the implementation of corporate development standards.

A bachelor’s in HR or related field is required, with professional certifications like PHR or SPHR preferred,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as HR organizational development specialist.

Responsabilités

• Participate in setting strategic objectives for human resources planning within the general strategy of the organization.
• Propose programs and activities related to implementing corporate development standards in HR.
• Measure and evaluate HR performance against standards and develop recommendations.
• Analyse data and reports from HR databases and set workforce planning objectives.
• Implement and update the organizational structure per operational model requirements.
• Prepare and follow up the career paths plan.
• Analyse current workforce and determine future needs and gaps.
• Develop models to predict the impact of workforce solutions.

Will be responsible to implement all human resources planning policies, procedures, and systems to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the development of the organizational structure of Kaden, reviewing the models of analysing new and current jobs policies, and preparing related reports.

Key Activities:

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in setting strategic objectives for human resources planning within the general strategy of the organization, preparing private initiatives and steps for their implementation, and setting their performance indicators.
• Propose programs and activities related to the process of implementing corporate development standards at the level of human resources.
• Measure and evaluating the performance of human resources in accordance with the approved standards and developing recommendations related to its results.
• Analyse data and reports from HR databases and set human capital planning objectives.
• implementation and updating the organizational structure in accordance with the requirements of the operational model.
• Prepare and follow up the implementation of the career paths plan.
• Analyse the current situation of the workforce and determine the future needs of the workforce as well as determine the gap between the current situation and future needs.
• Develop models to predict the impact of solutions for workforce requirements and gaps.

Educational Qualifications:

A bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred):

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as HR organizational development specialist.
