Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in facilities management or operations planning.
• PMI/CFM certification preferred (PMP/CFM).

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee operational plans across Hajj-related logistics.
• Lead the operations planning team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor resources, risk mitigation, and contingency planning for degraded operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
