Experience is seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Specialist to elevate HR data capabilities and champion data-driven decision-making within HR. The role focuses on building data processes, governance, and dashboards across HR systems.

You will partner with IT and HR leadership to turn complex HR data into actionable insights, mentor team members in data literacy, and drive continuous improvement through advanced analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in HR analytics or related roles.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI or Tableau; strong SQL and data modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and data governance experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS and data integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
