Job summary

King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Planning and Development Specialist to support workforce planning, career paths, job analysis and succession planning within MOH operations.

You will partner with managers to design and refine job structures, participate in compensation planning, maintain HRIS data, and ensure timely performance evaluations while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience in organizational planning or development.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Human Resources Planning and Development Manager in workforce planning, career paths, job analysis, job evaluation and succession planning.
• Assisting managers in modifying job design, career paths, position qualifications, and other organizational structure aspects.
• Participating in compensation practices planning and benefits issues at the hospital.
• Developing and evaluating salary survey data and communicating with sources to obtain salary information.
• Analyzing, developing, and modifying job descriptions as needed.
• Monitoring job budgets for all departments.
• Maintaining the job database accurately and correctly.
• Ensuring HRIS data uploads and performance evaluations in the system.
• Conducting studies and collecting required statistics.
• Proposing HR performance/process improvements.
• Performing related tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university

Professional certification in human resources such as SHRM or CIPD
