Responsibilities

• Design and monitor performance management frameworks with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead policy development, governance, and internal controls for compliance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee audit readiness and closure of audit findings.
• Lead category management strategies via spend analysis and market intelligence.
