Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in service sales.
• Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
• Experience within the energy sector.
• Willingness to travel across assigned countries.
• Oman/GCC driving license preferred.
• Emirati nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales and business development across key markets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, leading the full sales cycle.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding business drivers.
• Analyze installed base to identify growth opportunities, lifecycle extensions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with revenue targets.
• Present a comprehensive service portfolio including installation, maintenance, upgrades.
• Monitor market trends and represent the organization in customer engagements.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
