Overview

We Are Hiring: Sales Engineer – Oman SunPowerGen is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Promote and sell pneumatic products, industrial spare parts, and industrial automation products
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
• Follow up on customer enquiries and negotiate commercial terms and orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and maintain regular customer follow-ups

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of local sales experience in Oman
• Experience in selling pneumatic products, industrial spare parts, or industrial automation products
• Good knowledge of industrial customers and market segments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Valid Oman driving licence is mandatory

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, technically sound, and capable of independently managing customers and business development activities in the Oman market.
