Job summary

DAQO Electric MEA is seeking a Country Sales Manager – Oman to lead our business development and sales efforts in the Omani market. You will drive opportunities from early engagement through to order conversion, building a robust project pipeline and strong customer relationships with utilities, EPC/MEP contractors, consultants, and developers.

The role focuses on promoting MV/LV electrical products and power distribution solutions, developing strategy, coordinating with the MEA regional team,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in MV/LV electrical equipment sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the Oman MV/LV power distribution market.
• Established network with utilities, EPC/MEP contractors, consultants, developers, or industrial customers in Oman.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Based in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales and business development strategy for Oman.
• Promote MV/LV electrical products and power distribution solutions in Oman.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, EPC/MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial customers.
• Identify and develop project opportunities across power, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and energy sectors.
• Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle to order closure.
• Coordinate with MEA regional team on technical solutions, pricing, delivery, and terms.
• Support vendor registration, product qualification, and prequalification with key customers in Oman.
• Build and manage project pipeline and sales forecast.
