Confidential is seeking dynamic Electrical Engineers for sales and marketing of Industrial Electrical Products in Oman. The role involves developing key accounts, securing orders, and providing installation support.

The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical product sales, strong knowledge of MV/HV Switchgear, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel for business meetings is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical product sales.
• Strong knowledge of MV/HV Switchgear and Transmission & Distribution equipment.
• Experience dealing with EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Promote MV/HV Switchgear and related electrical solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and handle tendering activities.
• Conduct negotiations and secure orders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Provide installation guidance and after-sales support.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Achieve monthly sales invoicing and collection targets.
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
