Job summary

Worley in Oman is seeking a senior Project Controls Lead to guide planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management across EPCM projects. You will drive integrated schedules, monitor performance, and support governance with robust reporting and earned value metrics.

You will lead a multidisciplinary controls team, ensure data integrity, and champion HSSE and quality standards while aligning with project objectives across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• Extensive experience in Project Controls within EPCM and major project delivery.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Mining, or Industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, riskMgmt, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
• Establish and maintain project cost control systems, budgets, forecasts, commitments, accruals, and cash flow reporting.
• Monitor project performance against baselines and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage project change control processes, variations, and approvals.
• Support commercial and contract management with claims analysis.
• Implement earned value management and progress tracking.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across controls and reporting systems.
• Lead and mentor project controls personnel.
