Job summary

Worley in Oman seeks a seasoned Engineering Manager to oversee engineering deliverables for EPCM projects within the oil and gas sector. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive safe, compliant design, and coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement and construction to meet schedule and budget targets.

The role requires extensive FEED through start-up experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive continuous improvement in high‑stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Professional engineering status or equivalent registration preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of oil & gas design/engineering experience.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in brownfield projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across FEED through start-up and commissioning.
• Middle East project delivery experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of engineering deliverables for EPCM projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive technical excellence.
• Drive safe engineering and design practices across all phases.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement and construction.
