Job summary

Worley in Oman seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead Brownfield EPCM projects in a complex, multidisciplinary environment. You will drive HSSE leadership, coordinate engineering and procurement activities, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while aligning with client objectives.

You will mentor leadership teams, foster collaboration across diverse cultures, and manage multiple priorities with a focus on safety and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• 10+ years in Brownfield Oil & Gas project delivery within PM, Engineering, or Design roles.
• 10+ years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary project delivery teams.
• Experience managing EPCM projects and portfolios.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSSE leadership and promote safety culture across projects.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the EPCM team for Brownfield projects.
• Align customer objectives with project stakeholders to meet/exceed expectations.
• Mentor Contract Leadership Team and provide strategic direction.
• Lead vision development for project success and execution strategies.
• Drive collaboration, remove barriers, and improve team performance.
