WorleyParsons Limited in Oman is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Leader to guide cost, scheduling and performance reporting across EPC/EPCm projects. You will align multiple teams, deliver decision-ready insights, and ensure accurate, integrated reporting for stakeholders and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in large capital projects, a strong technical background in cost management and planning, and the ability to drive outcomes under pressure within a complex delivery

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in EPC/EPCm environments with large capital projects.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating project controls, cost, or planning teams.
• Strong background in cost management and planning.
• Experience with integrated cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing stakeholders including client-facing interactions.
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project controls teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring clear priorities, delivery focus, and accountability.
• Drive integration of cost, schedule, and progress data, ensuring alignment and a single version of the truth.
• Consolidate complex information into clear, concise, and decision-ready insights for management.
• Ensure all reporting is consistent, accurate, and aligned across projects and stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce structured workflows, improving efficiency and eliminating disconnects across teams.
• Act as the key interface across disciplines and with the client, aligning expectations and outputs.
• Identify issues early, take ownership, and drive resolution across teams.
• Operate under pressure to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.
• Improve processes and ways of working in a practical and implementable manner.
• Bring together fragmented teams and environments into a cohesive, aligned function.
