Job summary
Worley is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Leader in Oman to drive safe, efficient project delivery from engineering through handover. You will lead construction activities on major Oil & Gas assets, oversee contractors, and implement advanced planning and digital construction practices.
The role requires 15+ years in EPCM and Brownfield contexts, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ME project exposure essential for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in major Oil & Gas projects.
- Extensive experience in EPCM project delivery and construction management.
- Experience on Brownfield projects and operating facilities.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Middle East project environments preferred.
- Experience managing EPCM projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide HSSE leadership and promote a safety culture.
- Lead and oversee all construction activities for safe, predictable delivery.
- Develop and execute construction strategies from engineering to handover.
- Drive constructability reviews, AWP, and construction planning.
- Mentor project teams to achieve objectives.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Promote digitalization and innovative construction technologies.
- Monitor risks and support successful project delivery.
