Job summary

Worley in Muscat seeks a Manager, Project Controls to lead the project controls function for major EPCM projects in the oil, gas and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery and governance.

You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations, promoting HSSE leadership and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Extensive experience in Project Controls within EPCM and major project delivery environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Mining, or Industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management and change processes.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, cost management systems, earned value management, and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong HSSE leadership and promote safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
• Lead development, implementation, and management of project controls systems for delivery.
• Strategic leadership for planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, risk, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment of schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Deliver accurate performance information to support decision making and governance.
• Lead and mentor project controls teams to achieve objectives and continuous improvement.
