Job summary

SOCAT LLC is seeking a sales professional to identify and develop business opportunities within the Oman market. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, and promoting catering and related solutions across sectors.

You will conduct meetings and site visits, prepare proposals, and manage a sales pipeline to hit targets, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oman market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research and client visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote catering, food-service and related solutions to corporate, industrial, education, hospitality and other sectors.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Support the preparation and submission of tenders and commercial bids.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update sales activities and forecasts.
• Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives and business-development KPIs.
• Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of confirmed contracts and services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, networking events and industry functions.
