Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success using ATS, sourcing engines, and networks like LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent across regions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and convert passive prospects.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate the hiring process to move candidates through stages efficiently.
• Support onboarding with documentation and setup arrangements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain candidate records.
• Use ATS and sourcing tools to optimize recruitment workflows.
