Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout for a fully remote role based out of Muscat, Oman. You will actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates, presenting Assetara opportunity professionally to international talent.

This role emphasizes direct sourcing via LinkedIn and channels, quick 15–20 minute screening calls, 2–3 interviews per day, and meticulous candidate records. Base salary $200/month plus uncapped commission; 100% remote with global networking.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and objection handling.
• Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet for interviews.
• Basic to intermediate English for reporting and team communications.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source candidates via LinkedIn, channels, and job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out, present the Assetara opportunity, answer questions.
• First-Stage Screening: Conduct 15–20 minute interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Daily Interview Activity: Run 2–3 first-stage interviews per workday when candidates are available.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate records and refer qualified candidates to Regional Manager.
• Compliance: Follow policies and privacy requirements in all communications.
