Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst to join a lean, fully remote Finance team. You’ll own end-to-end billing, AR, collections, and revenue reporting across the customer lifecycle, driving automation and process improvements in a remote, async-first environment with UK overlap.

You will partner with Customer Success and Product, work with MRR/ARR metrics, and contribute to cross-functional finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience owning customer billing and accounts receivable, incl. exceptions and resolution.
• Experience resolving complex billing or payment issues directly with customers.
• Experience with subscription/SaaS billing environments.
• Strong reconciliation skills with diverse data sources.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to automate and improve recurring Finance processes.
• Comfort with AI/automation tools while maintaining controls.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to thrive in async-first, fully remote work setting.
• Ownership mindset with track record of impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing process including invoicing and payments within approval limits.
• Manage AR, collections, and dunning; resolve billing disputes with customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on complex billing cases to resolution.
• Investigate recurring billing issues and drive process improvements.
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments and GL; explain differences.
• Produce and analyze MRR/ARR movement to explain revenue changes.
• Drive Finance automation across billing, AR, collections, and reporting.
• Support billing platform, pricing changes, testing, and requirements with Product/Engineering.
• Contribute to a collaborative, remote team culture.
