Working closely with hiring managers, you'll source and close hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technical recruiting, manage interviews efficiently, and be skilled in data-driven decision-making. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.

Senior Technical Recruiter

Find and hire the engineers who build a national platform, owning full cycle technical recruiting from sourcing scarce talent to closing senior offers, at speed and scale.

RQMNA is building a new class of sovereign GovTech platforms, and the engineers behind them are the product.

We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter, on site in Muscat, to hire the senior engineering and technical talent this platform runs on.

What you'll do:

Own full cycle technical hiring, from sourcing the right engineers to closing the offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full cycle recruiting for senior engineering, data, AI, and technical roles
• Source proactively for scarce, senior talent through modern sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate, and set a clear, fair bar
• Run a structured, fast, and fair interview process, and protect a strong candidate experience
• Sell the mission and the opportunity, and close senior offers in a competitive market
• Build talent pipelines and a bench for the roles you know are coming
• Use data to manage the funnel: time to hire, conversion, source quality, and pipeline health
• Contribute to employer brand, and help scale hiring as the organization grows
