Job summary

Assetara Limited is hiring a Recruiter to support global hiring from a remote position. You will source prospective talent, present suitable opportunities, and run initial interviews while coordinating with hiring managers.

You will develop knowledge of Assetara, its products, values, and approved recruitment materials to accurately represent the company to candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional approach to candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain opportunities, and answer recruitment questions.
• Company Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara and approved communications.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per day via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, motivation and fit; refer candidates to hiring managers or next stage.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate data and feedback in CRM in line with privacy requirements.
