Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Saudi Arabia to own end-to-end recruitment in a fully remote setup. You will identify candidates globally, focusing on technical IT roles, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

You will proactively source, screen, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, and ATS tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles is highly desirable.
• Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Source and engage qualified talent via job boards, networks, social platforms, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and convert passive prospects to active candidates.
• Conduct structured initial interviews evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit.
