Job summary

Tawteen in Muscat is looking for an experienced banking professional to manage a portfolio of corporate client relationships, deliver high-quality banking solutions, and drive income growth and portfolio profitability in line with the bank's strategy.

Responsibilities

• Generate income by identifying opportunities and achieving annual targets.

• Grow relationships with key customers and cross-sell bank products.
• Prepare timely credit proposals in line with policy and IFRS9 guidelines.

Job description

Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate client relationships by providing high-quality banking solutions and maintaining strong customer engagement Accountable for achieving business growth income generation and portfolio profitability targets in line with the bank s strategic business plan and credit policies

Key Responsibilities

Business Generation

To contribute to the development of the bank s overall business plan through identification of income generating opportunities in defined markets industries and targeted potential customers To achieve the target submitted in the annual budgetary plan for the specific account portfolio allocated

Portfolio Management

To manage account relationships with existing portfolio of customers in order to maximize account profitability within the Bank s Group Credit policy To establish account relationship with new customers within the industry assigned To ensure high risk situations are identified early and actions are taken for proper intensive handling and recovery

Customer Management

To meet with current and potential key bank customers in the interests of sustaining and furthering on going profitable relationships Cross sell bank products and services Positive representation and projection of the Bank in the market

Credit Assessment

To prepare timely and quality credit proposals for analysis and approval in line with authority level Policy and procedure awareness Credit knowledge IFRS9 overdue excess over limits missing and expired documents call reports and insurance expiry trackers

Requirements

Education & Experience Requirement Omani Nationals only. Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related fields. 5+ years of banking sector or any other related financial sector.
