Job summary

ahlibank in Oman seeks a seasoned Corporate Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of key corporate clients, delivering banking solutions and ensuring strong engagement. You will drive business growth, income, and portfolio profitability in line with the bank’s strategy.

You will manage relationships, cross-sell products, assess credit risk, and contribute to the bank’s market presence while adhering to credit policies and IFRS9 knowledge requirements.

Qualifications

• Omani Nationals only.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of banking sector experience or related financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate client relationships to maximize profitability.
• Contribute to the bank's business plan by identifying income-generating opportunities in defined markets and clients.
• Achieve annual targets for income and portfolio profitability in line with policy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key bank customers; cross-sell bank products and services.
• Identify risks early and ensure proper intensive handling and recovery in line with policy and IFRS9.
