Job summary

Aroma City Group in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to engage with enterprise IT departments, understand technical requirements, and present AI-native software development and design services. Fresh graduates or 2–5 years in similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates have a degree in computer engineering/science/AI/IT, strong communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 2–5 years in pre-sales/solutions engineering or related client-facing tech roles preferred.
• Foundational to intermediate understanding of AI, software development, software architecture, and digital product concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise IT departments in Oman to understand technical requirements, business challenges, and project objectives.
• Support the presentation of AI-native software development and product design services to technical and business stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution outlines, presentations, and scope documentation aligned with delivery methodology.
• Collaborate with senior team members and the founder during client discussions related to scope, timelines, technical requirements, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients after project confirmation and support implementation follow-up through delivery.
• Develop strong working relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, and other enterprise technology stakeholders.
• Represent the employer professionally at technology events, enterprise IT forums, meetings, and networking activities across Oman.
