Job summary

Aroma City Group in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to engage with enterprise IT departments, understand technical requirements, and present AI-native software development and design services. Fresh graduates or 2–5 years in similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates have a degree in computer engineering/science/AI/IT, strong communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, IT or related field.
Fresh graduates or 2–5 years in pre-sales/solutions engineering or related client-facing tech roles preferred.
Foundational to intermediate understanding of AI, software development, software architecture, and digital product concepts.

Responsibilities

Engage with enterprise IT departments in Oman to understand technical requirements, business challenges, and project objectives.
Support the presentation of AI-native software development and product design services to technical and business stakeholders.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution outlines, presentations, and scope documentation aligned with delivery methodology.
Collaborate with senior team members and the founder during client discussions related to scope, timelines, technical requirements, and commercial proposals.
Maintain regular communication with clients after project confirmation and support implementation follow-up through delivery.
Develop strong working relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, and other enterprise technology stakeholders.
Represent the employer professionally at technology events, enterprise IT forums, meetings, and networking activities across Oman.
