This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Muscat with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying and developing relationships with new clients in Oman. Core responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, developing tailored proposals, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and representing Allgorithm.ai at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications
