Front End is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead and optimize all HR operations, aligning people strategies with company goals. You will collaborate with the executive team to ensure compliant policies and effective talent management across the organization.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership and meticulous execution. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and learning initiatives while mentoring a team of HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for employees and managers.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for the executive team.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
• Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
