Job summary
Omanyp is seeking a senior talent management leader to develop and implement the talent management strategy, frameworks and roadmaps, aligning with leadership priorities and Emiratisation context.
You will drive performance management cycles, talent reviews, career development and learning initiatives, while delivering analytics dashboards and governance to enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- 6+ years' HR experience with 3-5+ years in Talent Management, Performance Management or Learning & Development.
- Proven experience across performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and career development.
- Strong understanding of UAE public sector HR frameworks and Emiratisation initiatives.
- Experience using Oracle HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the talent management strategy, frameworks and roadmap
- Lead performance management cycles including goal setting, calibration and annual reviews
- Drive talent review and succession planning programmes for critical roles
- Conduct learning needs analysis and oversee learning and development initiatives
- Design and implement career development and internal mobility frameworks
- Develop talent analytics, reporting and workforce insights dashboards
- Partner with stakeholders to drive governance, change management and programme adoption
