Job summary

Tabby seeks a People Operations Intern in KSA to support the People Ops team during a 3–6 month Tamheer program. You will gain hands-on experience with HR transactions, data integrity, and government platforms, while contributing to a positive employee experience.

You will assist in maintaining employee data, onboarding/offboarding, and preparing documentation for GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad under supervision. No prior experience required; Bachelor’s in HR/BA preferred; Arabic native, English

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s in HR/BA.
• No prior work experience required; coursework or project exposure to HR is a plus.
• Eligible for a Co-op / Tamheer training program (3–6 months).
• Familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining accurate employee data and routine updates.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions under guidance.
• Assist with data audits and HR inquiries with professional service.
• Prepare documentation for government registrations and basic HR letters.
