Job summary

Tawteen in Oman is seeking an HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, ensure policy compliance, maintain records, and help implement effective recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will build and maintain an active candidate network, use HR data for workforce planning, monitor labour regulations, coordinate with authorities, and drive employee development, engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active network and database of qualified applicants for vacancies.
• Use HRMS data and analytics for recruitment planning and retention.
• Identify employee skill gaps and plan training and development.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave and HR docs.
• Monitor labour-law changes and update HR policies for compliance.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Labour and government authorities.
• Develop relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders.
• Implement HR practices to improve performance, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Support appraisals and employee development initiatives.
• Organize new-employee orientation and onboarding with strong communication.
