Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute is seeking a Senior HR Associate to manage core HR processes for the Oman ARISE Program. You will ensure HR services across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, with alignment to local requirements.

You will work with country teams, regional offices, and HQ to deliver compliant, scalable HR services, contribute to workforce planning and HR analytics, and support HR policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in international or multicultural settings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is an asset.
• Experience managing HR processes across multiple countries or regions.
• Good writing and editing skills; high proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes across Oman ARISE program and regional HR platforms.
• Support recruitment onboarding learning and development activities.
• Collaborate with country teams, regional offices, and HQ to ensure HR compliance.
• Lead HR initiatives and contribute to regional workforce planning and reporting.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide analytics for decision-making.
