Job summary

waad education company seeks an experienced HR Operations specialist to manage payroll, EOS calculations, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure accurate salary data, work with government platforms, and support offboarding with proper documentation.

The role requires 3-5 years in HR Operations, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law and coordinate with Finance for payroll-related reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
• Strong experience with payroll, EOS calculations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail; fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs and related adjustments.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary data.
• Handle final settlements and EOSB calculations.
• Manage employee termination, offboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR transactions in the HR system.
• Ensure HR operations comply with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
