Job summary

Snoonu in Oman is seeking an Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and onboard restaurants, cafés, and retailers to the Snoonu platform. You will build relationships, present to decision-makers, and drive onboarding while coordinating with internal teams for activation.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants across assigned territories and categories.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline to meet monthly onboarding targets.
• Collect and verify merchant documentation required for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and launch.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and progress in CRM systems.
• Represent Snoonu professionally and act as a trusted partner to merchants.
