Qualifications

• Knowledge of Opera or other reservation systems.
• Ability to handle reservations promptly and accurately.
• Strong upsell and cross-sell capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, caring assistance to guests with reservations.
• Understand rate structures and apply rate management.
• Handle all incoming calls to reservations per hotel standards.
• Input and reconcile faxed information with computer records.
• Ensure reservations are confirmed within 24 hours.
• Assist Reservations Manager with weekly/monthly reports.
