Anantara Hotels & Resorts, at Al Baleed Resort Salalah, Oman, seeks a Duty Manager (Night) to oversee all resort operations during the night shift. You will lead, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will coordinate with all departments, handle emergencies, and ensure compliance with policies and health and safety standards. A premium guest experience and seamless handovers with day teams are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the resort operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery and full brand standard compliance.
• Act as senior operational representative at night, own resort operations and escalate critical matters as needed.
• Support day operations when required to ensure coverage and continuity.
• Engage with guests proactively, handle complaints, resolve issues, and follow up on feedback to boost satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation across facilities.
